I had to thin the nut that holds the pulley
on -- just stuck it in the three-jaw and
faced it down. The pulley and the end cap
are two different pieces, in case I need to
change out the pulley for a different size
later. The knurled nut on the
height-adjustment stud was my first
experiment in knurling. What a pain. Maybe
I'll enjoy that more when I'm better at it.
